We have been clients of Practical Risk Management for six years now and are exceptionally pleased with their level of service and approachability. We are updated regularly on changing laws and any issues we need to be made aware of.
Richard Allen and his team in the personnel consultancy department are always available on the phone to give advice and Richard has been on site to deal with difficult personnel issues.
David Daniel deals with the ‘Health & Safety side of our business and visits twice yearly to compile our Health & Safety Policy and to discuss ways of improving our working conditions and any issues we may have. David has dealt with the local council on our behalf after an inspection and again David is always available on the phone should we need advice.
To have all the documentation that we require in place and advice only a phone call away gives us peace of mind and enables us to concentrate on the business of selling potatoes. |
