We would like to endorse the value of the service provided by Practical Risk Management (PRM) to our company for more than 9 years.
As suggested by their company name, they place an emphasis on a practical approach to risk management which very much aligns with our requirements for Health & Safety issues. We find their no-nonsense approach works very well considering the time limitations we have within our Company. We have always tried to comply fully with Health & Safety requirements which would present a daunting / time consuming workload on our Company’s human resources without the assistance of PRM.
We have found the team at PRM very professional. Their advice, whether by letter, email, telephone or personal visits is always given with reassuring confidence. Where we have required urgent specific advice and information their response has been excellent.
We have been asked by other health & safety consultancy companies to consider employing them for Health & Safety matters but to-date have not been convinced that we would gain any benefit by moving away from PRM. We believe firmly that we receive a very good service which also represents value for money and would have no reservations in recommending them to any other company. |
