Alison is an experienced personnel adviser, previously working for the American owned facilities management group Aramark, where she was Head of Human Resources.  Gaining her postgraduate degree in Personnel Management in 1993, Alison has extensive experience in personnel and employment law, including operational management gained predominately with Aramark, Allied Domecq, Sears Group, and Alpha Airports.

Alison is a qualified Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has special interests in employee relations, TUPE and people development. Alison is also qualified in Psychometric testing and Personality Profiling and serves as Treasurer on the CIPD branch in Leicestershire.
